Generate New EDGAR Access Codes
Use this procedure to reset your CCCThe CIK Confirmation Code (CCC) is a case-sensitive code used with the CIK to submit an EDGAR filing. The CCC is eight characters long, with a minimum of one number (0-9) and a minimum of one special character (@, #, &, *)., password, and PMACThe Password Modification Authorization Code (PMAC) is used to change your EDGAR password., using your CIK and Passphrase. If your password is not expired, use your PMAC to Update EDGAR Password instead. If your password is expired and you do not have your Passphrase, follow the instructions in Update Your Passphrase first, and then use this procedure to generate new codes.
Required Credentials
This process requires:
- Central Index Key (CIK)
- Passphrase
Resetting the CCC, Password, and PMAC
- Visit the EDGAR Filer Management site https://www.filermanagement.edgarfiling.sec.gov.
- At the bottom of the page, click Press Here to Begin.
- In the left panel, click Generate Access Codes (New/Replacement).
- Enter your CIK and Passphrase, then click Generate Access Codes to reset your CCC, Password, and PMAC.
- Make note of your new credentials, and confirm that they are working by logging in to EDGAR at https://www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/.
